About Services

This topic covers the basic info about the services needed to support the DSR Server Solution.

 

• Assa DSR Server - Assa Abloy Service - this service is installed by the Assa Abloy DSR install program. It runs on the DSR Server.

• SG-DSR Manager App - Web API Service - The GCS Web API Service and the SG DSR Manager app are both installed on the main communication server - which is the computer hosting the GCS Services. the Web API Service installs as manual start and must be reset to start "automatically" after part-3 of the Galaxy installer is finished.

• System Galaxy Communication Server - GCS Core Services - are installed to start and run automatically on the main Communication Server.
